Main features 

1. The entire machine adopts a suspended bottle mouth conveyor structure, making the entire line more reliable in conveying bottles. Different bottle types only require adjusting the height of the conveyor belt and making a small amount of changes to the accessories, making changing bottle types faster and more labor-saving.

2. The filling machine adopts the principle of micro negative pressure filling, with fast filling speed, high accuracy, and adjustable liquid level.

3. Spring type flushing pliers, empty bottles automatically flip 180 "along the track to flush the inside of the bottle. The flushing nozzle of this machine adopts a plum blossom shaped porous nozzle to fully flush the corners at the bottom of the bottle, with high flushing efficiency.

4. The capping machine adopts the technology of a French company, and the capping head is a magnetic torque capping to achieve capping. The capping process adopts secondary downward gripping to ensure the accuracy of capping. The tightening torque of the cap is infinitely adjustable, and the plastic cap is tightened with constant torque without damaging the cap. The sealing is tight and reliable.

5. The rotary capping machine adopts pneumatic capping, which has functions such as not damaging the surface of the lid, sending signals when the lid is missing in the hopper, and controlling the capping machine to automatically replenish the lid.

6. The whole machine adopts advanced human-machine interface operation, PLC control, variable frequency and stepless speed regulation and other automatic control technologies, with functions such as no bottle feeding, no filling for missing bottles, and automatic shutdown for missing caps in the cover chute.
