Machine Introduction

        The fully automatic filling machine adopts principles such as piston quantification and flow meter measurement. The bottle inlet, positioning, filling, and outlet are all automatically controlled by PLC, which complies with GMP standards and is suitable for liquid paste filling in medicine, food, daily chemical, and fine chemical industries. At the filling station of the filling machine, due to the continuous forward transportation of the bottle body, the following filling component is required to achieve four functional actions: following the downward insertion into the bottle mouth, following the filling, fast rising, and fast returning. Each functional action can be divided into horizontal following motion and vertical ascending and descending motion, and the four functional actions form a motion cycle.
