Machine Introduction

Vertical wooden sanding machine. Equipped with three sets of adjustable lifting mechanisms, each set has three sets of power drive mechanisms. The power drive mechanisms are installed with different grinding wheels or louvers, and the sanding pressure can be adjusted as needed. The grinding wheel is driven by a 5.5kw motor and driven by a synchronous belt and sprocket. A set of horsehair cleaning brushes with lifting function is designed at the end, driven by a 1.5kw reduction motor and a synchronous belt. This mechanism is wrapped in a dust removal cover and equipped with three dust removal ports, connected to the centralized dust removal system.

(4) Each set of grinding wheels can be individually adjusted for sanding thickness, ensuring even sanding even on uneven materials.

(5) Sanding wheel, using a retractable louver wheel, with controllable sanding thickness and compatibility with various material sizes.
