Machine Introduction

       This machine can be used alone or paired with various production lines. The working principle of a bottle washing machine is to mechanically flip the cleaned bottle on a fixed track, spray the bottle with hot water at different temperatures through a distributor, and then perform empty titration to remove residual water inside the bottle. The water after bottle flushing is returned from the collection tank to the water tank for recycling. When the liquid level in the water tank is below the upper limit, it will automatically replenish water.

Machine characteristics

1. The mechanical gripper parts are made of 304 stainless steel casting, which is stable and reliable.

2. The equipment has variable frequency speed regulation, and the height can be adjusted electrically when replacing bottles. Overload protection devices are installed for entering and exiting bottles to stop the machine due to bottle jamming, making operation convenient.

3. Each claw part is equipped with a control water spray device, which does not flush the bottle, saving water and economy.

4. A reliable water distribution valve that can adjust the time ratio between flushing and control to ensure cleanliness and control. It can be changed to two or three flushing times according to customer needs, so that disinfectant or filling media can be used to flush the bottle.
